  • Simply search your destination and book with one of our fully vetted local advisors! Once you’ve booked, our team will reach out to coordinate a time that works for you and your advisor.

    From there, it’s all about you. There’s no set structure for the conversation; your video session is completely collaborative and tailored to your travel plans and interests. You can ask questions, get advice, and discuss whatever you need for your trip.

    Once the consultation ends, you’ll receive a personalized Trip Summary with all of the intel and recommendations you and your Advisor covered in your session—so you don’t have to worry about taking notes!

    And because we know questions may pop up as you finalize plans, we offer dedicated space to ask follow up questions — so you never feel lost.

  • Step 1: Pick the advisor and consultation length that’s right for you — either 30m for quick recs and short trips, or 60m for longer, more complex trips and challenging destinations.

    Step 2: Book in, noting your preferred date(s) and time(s) for a consultation in the "check out" process.

    Step 3: Once booked, we will send you a pre-travel questionnaire to gather more details to ensure we match you with an advisor who matches your vibe. A member of the Ella Travel team will coordinate a time for your session, using your preferred dates and times and send you both a calendar invite to join the call.

She’ll also be quick to jump in and let you know if something you’re considering doing is overrated—and tell you what to do instead.
